Reception - 1 Scotts Ave from 07h30 - 21h00
Breakfast - Breakfast is served from 07h00 to 09h00 (unless otherwise arranged) in the Historic Cottages breakfast room or courtyard.
Departure - Departure time is 10h00. Please inform us if a late departure is required. Also, if you would like to leave your luggage until a later time.
Reception - Please vacate your room by 10h00 for servicing or later by arrangement.
Security - Please be aware of security! Keep doors and windows facing the streets closed and locked securely. Please do not leave anything visible in your car. If these precautions are adhered to there is no cause for concern.
Reservations - Please contact reception to make a restaurant reservation on your behalf, or to arrange tours and excursions, transfers and vehicle hire.
Visitor's Guests - Reservations are made per person. If you would like anyone else to stay overnight, please inform us. We need to know who is staying on the premises.
Kitchenettes - You are welcome to use the kitchenettes to prepare a snack or light meal only.
Medical assistance - Please call at reception should you require assistance or dial Roswitha Hobson on 046 622 8936. A basic first aid kit is available on request.
Magazines - Please do not remove magazines from the premises.
Newspapers - The local news papers will be available at breakfast. Please do not remove any news papers form the premises.
Laundry - Please contact reception should you require laundry services. Your laundry will be charged per load. Ironing and cleaning of shoes can also be arranged.
Smoking areas - Due to legal regulations, we regret that smoking areas are limited to the courtyard and outside areas of the guesthouse.
Guest questionnaires - We would appreciate your completing the guest questionnaires. We appreciate your feedback. Please post in the box in the breakfast room.
Visitor's book - Please make an entry in our visitor's book at reception.
